♥ We will email you a confirmation of your order within 24hrs upon successful submission of your order. We will then reserve the accessory for 2 days so please make your payment through bank transfer within these 2 days.

♥ You will be notified upon receipt of your payment and your accessory will be mailed to you within 3 days.

♥ Your accessory will be packaged in a box and will include a return address.


♥ Orders that are confirmed cannot be amended or cancelled once payment is made. We will try our best to accommodate your request. However we are unable to make changes to your order once it is packed and ready for mailing.

♥ We are sorry to say that we will not be held responsible for any lost mail, therefore registered mail is strongly recommended.

♥ Postage charge of S$1 will apply for each item. Registered mail will cost an additional S$2.20.

♥ Refunds and exchanges will only be entertained on a case by case basis (more information provided in Faq).

♥ Lastly, some accessories comprise wire work and tend to be more delicate so please handle them with care.

All our accessories are made with quality materials and non-tarnished artistic wires. However, we do advise that proper care be taken so here are a few ways to ensure that your accessories remain as new as possible.

♥ Clean your accessories with a soft cloth before keeping them in airtight containers.

♥ Please keep your accessories individually to prevent possible scratches.

♥ Please keep your accessories out of direct sunlight.

♥ Avoid contact with water, perspiration and chemicals such as hairsprays.

Can I request for the earring hooks to be 925 Sterling Silver instead?

Yes, you can. However, there will be an addition charge of S$1 for a pair.

How will my accessories be packaged?

All items at Lara's Castle are beautifully packaged to ensure sufficient protection as well.



Our packaging makes it ideal as a gift for your someone special. Singpost's postal services might require our packaging to be contained in their own boxes for further protection.

Refund policies

If I change my mind after I have made the order & payment, can I get a refund or exchange for another item?

No; we will only exchange or refund under the circumstances that the wrong item has been delivered. However, we will still review every case individually. Just drop us an email at Lara's castle and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
